Shipping policy
Little Bun Designs UK ("we" and "us") is the operator of littlebunuk.shop. By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
- General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products, and contact you about whether you would like to choose an alternative or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
4. Dispatch Time
This is the amount of time from ordering to your parcel entering the postal system.
All of our items are handmade to order. The time needed to complete your order depends on the item & quantity purchased.
Most items are ready for dispatch in 3-5 business days, with the exception of our hand sewn items, which take 1-2 weeks to complete.
If your order will take longer than a week to make, you will receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase with an estimated dispatch time for your order.
5. Delivery Address
Please double check your delivery details are correct. We use the shipping address provided with your order. Little Bun Designs UK accepts no responsibility for mis-delivered or lost items due to incorrectly provided details.
5.1 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
5.2 Cancellations
Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our items, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
5.3 P.O. Box / Military Address Shipping
Little Bun Designs UK will ship to P.O. box addresses or military addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
6. Delivery Terms
6.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 5 business days
6.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5 - 30 days. This varies greatly depending on your location, customs & local postal service. The following is a general guide ~ Little Bun Designs UK accepts no responsibility for delays due to customs or postal issues.
Europe - 5-10 business days
USA - 10-21 business days
Canada - 10-30 business days
Australia - 10-21 business days
6.3 Tracking Information
UK orders are fully tracked.
International parcels are shipped via tracked airmail. You will be issued with your parcels tracking number in your dispatch email.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Little Bun Designs UK encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Little Bun Designs UK at the customers expense, and (once the parcel is received safely back with us) the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods ONLY, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will NOT be refunded.
8. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
8.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
