I hope that you will be extremely happy with your purchase. However, is this is not the case please refer to our refund policy outlined below. By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the following terms.

Please read all item descriptions carefully before purchase - these contain important information that you need to know prior to ordering. Any refund issues arising from provided information not being acknowledged, will be treated as a ‘Refund due to change of mind’ (see below) and buyers will be responsible for arranging & paying for their own return costs.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable/dated goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, diaries or calendars cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift Vouchers
  • Personalised or custom made items
  • Items on sale or bought at a reduced price


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


   Return Due To Change Of Mind

Little Bun Designs UK will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and items are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of item. Item must be in original packaging, unused and in original condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Return shipping is non refundable. 

Please note any items received back, contaminated with pet hair, cigarette smoke or other strong smells will be refused a refund and destroyed as these are not in an original or saleable condition and are classed as intentionally damaged goods. 

Once returns are received and accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your original method of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.


   Goods damaged during transit

All items are quality checked prior to dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please retain all packaging & contact us with photos & a description of the damage.

Once this information has been assessed, a return postage label will be emailed to you, which MUST be printed & used WITHIN 7 DAYS of the email being sent. If the valid window of the pre-paid returns label is missed, the return postage costs will then be the buyers responsibility.

If a replacement is required, one will be sent out as soon as the parcel is on its way back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, will vary.

Any refunds required will be issued once the item has been received back with us.

Little Bun Designs UK reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not deemed as faulty or have been deliberately damaged.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged - please see ‘Goods damaged during transit’ above.
