Delivery Information


UK postage;

I am pleased to be able to offer consistently low shipping rates throughout my store. Many items have no additional post charges. On other items, postage is combined & the maximum I charge is £2.50.



Processing Time:

All of my items are individually handmade to order. The time needed to complete your order depends on the item & quantity purchased. 
At Peak times of year (May, July & from September through January ) processing times will naturally be longer. 

Most items are ready for dispatch in 3 - 7 days, with the exception of my hand sewn designs, which take 2 - 3 weeks to complete.
You will receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase with an estimated dispatch time for your goods. If they are needed for a certain date, please add a note at the checkout in order to assist me :)



All of my branding and packaging is recyclable & eco friendly - including the tape used to seal the boxes. I also use size appropriate boxes for all of my items. 

On the odd occasion I do use bubble wrap or packing pillows in order to protect your goods in transit, these are recycled from supply orders I have received - if you would prefer me not to use these, simply pop me a message at the checkout :)


Gift Wrapping:

My gift wrapping has been lovingly designed, in keeping with my nature & woodland brand. It is also created with recycling in mind - using brown paper, twine, handmade paper, wooden accents & dried flowers. Styles vary slightly according to the item being gift wrapped. Adjustments to the finished gift wrap design can be made on request. 

*Gift wrapping is offered as a service and is therefore non refundable.



UK transit times;

Parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class post, unless you upgrade to 1st class post at the checkout.

Estimated Royal Mail delivery times are 2-5 working days for 2nd class mail.

However, please be aware that very occasionally items can be delayed once they enter the postal system by up to 2 weeks.
