Tortoise Pincushion / Handmade Felt Tortoise

Handmade Tortoise Pincushion.
This is Terrence - my newest felt pincushion design!

These novelty pincushions are all hand cut, decorated & sewn. Using carefully selected heathered wool-felt & cotton fabric, they are filled with pearl barley - to weight them (plus a bit of polyester stuffing to give them nice plump shell!)

Each pincushion is firmly fixed to a rustic bamboo pin dish - enabling you to store pins, buttons and thread as you sew! (Terrence likes to hide them under his belly if he can get away with it...!)

Each dish measures 10cm in diameter.
