Japanese Quail Christmas Decorations
These delightful quirky quail Christmas tree decorations are inspired by our own pet Japanese quails.
Hand cut, sewn & decorated - using my own unique design from an original hand drawn template, these sweet feathered bird decorations will bring a spot of rustic charm to your Christmas tree!
Much love & lots of work goes into each quail.
Each is cut from specialty heathered, wool blend felt & decorated with a mixture of different feather types - carefully selected & arranged to emulate the colours and style of a quails unique plumage. These are fixed in place using colour coordinated, wooden buttons.
(Button designs will vary)
Two colour ways are available;
Silver ~ which represents the classic Japanese quail plumage
Bronze ~ which emulates the colours of the Italian quail variety
Each has the distinctive pale stripe above the eye and the same plump quail shape!
