UK postage;

I am pleased to offer consistently low shipping rates across my store and the maximum I charge per order is £3 (2nd class) 

If your order is needed in a hurry, I also offer a next day delivery service via UPS. The price for this is £7-£10, depending on parcel size and weight.

 International postage:

International postage is carefully calculated by weight, size and destination. Prices will be shown at the checkout. The majority of overseas parcels are shipped with Transglobal Express, which is a fully tracked service. You will be issued with your parcels tracking number in your dispatch email.

An approximate estimate of international transit times can be found below - Little Bun Designs UK has no control over, and accepts no responsibility, for delays due to customs or postal issues.

Processing Time:

All of my items are individually handmade to order. The time needed to complete your order depends on the item & quantity purchased. 
At Peak times of year (May, July & from September through January ) processing times will naturally be longer. 

Most items are ready for dispatch in 3-7 days, with the exception of my hand sewn designs, which take 1-2 weeks to complete.
If your order will take longer than 7 days to fulfil, you will receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase with an estimated dispatch time for your goods. If they are needed for a certain date, please add a note at the checkout in order to assist me :)

Packaging:

All of my branding and packaging is recyclable & eco friendly - including the tape used to seal the boxes. I also use size appropriate boxes for all of my items*

On the odd occasion I do use bubble wrap or packing pillows in order to protect your goods in transit, these are recycled from supply orders I have received - if you would prefer me not to use these, simply pop me a message at the checkout :)

 *Please note; due to delivery issues arising from the Royal Mail strikes, smaller items may now be packaged in boxes, rather than envelopes. While this may seem excessive packaging, it helps to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. As soon as the current issues are resolved, I will be returning to more size appropriate packaging :) 

Gift Wrapping:

My gift wrapping has been lovingly designed, in keeping with my nature & woodland brand. It is also created with recycling in mind - using brown paper, twine, handmade paper, wooden accents & dried flowers (due to international restrictions on dried flowers, paper flowers will be used for overseas orders).

Styles vary slightly according to the item being gift wrapped. Adjustments to the finished gift wrap design can be made on request. 

*Gift wrapping is offered as a service and is therefore non refundable.

Shipping:

UK transit times;

I use a mixture of Evri and Royal Mail for 1st and 2nd class deliveries. 
Transit times vary - especially with the Royal Mail strike action and current backlog - but are generally 1-3 days for 1st class and 3-10 days for 2nd class. 

International transit times;

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5 - 30 days. This varies greatly depending on your location, customs & local postal service. The following is a general guide ~

Europe - 5-10 business days

USA - 10-21 business days

Canada - 10-30 business days

Australia - 10-21 business days
